Very beautiful apartment entirely air-conditioned, of a surface of 67m ² with covered terrace of 21m ², located at the second floor of the residence of standing Mare e Festa with semi-olympic swimming pool with overflow, sight sea and access to the sea by small beach at feet of the residence.  
The quality of its services, its careful decoration, will know how to seduce you for serene vacations in family or between friends.   
  
Near all shops and the village center of Solenzara : bakeries, mini-markets, stores, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice-cream parlors, tobacco/press, hairdressers, pharmacy, doctors, post office (cash point), gas stations...  
  
The village of Solenzara also offers a wide range of activities: water sports, diving, sailing, jet skiing, quad biking, tree climbing, tennis, horseback riding, excursions to the mountains, swimming in the rivers (natural pools, waterfalls, small beaches)...  
  
 25 km from Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio.   
 35 km from Porto-Vecchio.  
 near Aiguilles de Bavella.

\- Bright and air-conditioned living room with two fixed sofas, flat screen TV, WIFI, dining table : bay window giving directly on the covered terrace of 21 m², fitted out with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol... Sea and pool view.  
  
\- Open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, NESPRESSO coffee machine, fridge-freezer, induction cooker, kettle, toaster...)  
  
Sliding door to separate the master bedroom from the living room.  
  
\- Bedroom 1: 1 bed in 160, storage chest of drawers.
