For shared use: natural state property 4'000 m2, garden (fenced). Outdoor shower. In the complex: table tennis, table football, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, bus stop 1.8 km, sandy beach 3 km pebble beach 50 m. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. The owner lives on the same property. Main road 50 m from the property. The photograph shows a typical example.  
"Cappone", 2-room apartment 36 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smokers only. Access is via an exterior spiral staircase which is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Children must be old enough to descend or climb stairs alone under adult supervision. Sehr nette Unterkunft, klasse gelegen mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Ein klein wenig außerhalb vom Ort, daher angenehm ruhig und idyllisch. W-Lan war vorhanden, aber Verbindung war extrem schlecht! Einziger Kritikpunkt.
