The location of this condo is amazing! Set just inside the main gate of the development, you have quick access to town via both the vehicle and pedestrian gates. You also are just steps from a beautiful pool, surrounded by palm trees and tropical flowers, but set back from the pool so that you can enjoy your shaded patio with peace and privacy. We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Vacation Specialists are available to help you plan your trip, including transportation, tours, boat trips, private chefs, spa services, and local recommendations. • Guest Support Team members will be your primary point of contact for any questions related to the home before and during your stay. Our team works together to provide responsive support and help you enjoy a seamless, stress-free vacation. Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex with tennis, pickleball, basketball and soccer. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access. Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to your private, covered terrace. Just off the kitchen are a full bathroom and the first bedroom, with a queen bed and a large closet. The principal bedroom sits off of the living room and has a beautiful 4-post king bed and TV with Amazon Firestick. There is a large en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a shower stall, a separate water closet, and a large walk-in closet with a safe. The bedroom also has access to the terrace through sliding doors. On the terrace, you can enjoy the tropical breezes and views of the immaculate grounds. There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the Auto Mercado (5 minutes walk) PACIFICO BEACH CLUB The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club. Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. However, the condo itself needs to be updated. The furniture throughout is dated, and we couldn’t get the TV (which is very old) in the primary bedroom to work. The shower head in the primary bathroom barely dribbles and is not usable. The shower head in the second bathroom is okay, but very old. The kitchen is fully outfitted and had sufficient dishes, cutlery, etc. The ice maker on the refrigerator is stained and scary, so we bought ice. Definitely time for a new fridge. It’s also time to replace the outside furniture. Many many kudos to all the staff at Rich Coast Vacations and Tours, who were simply excellent. We will definitely work with them on future rentals. Everyone was very accommodating and could not be faster when responding to any questions we had. We highly recommend Rich Coast! ##### Julie A. Very safe and convenient to town and the beach. Access to the private Beach Club was a plus. Service like most places very slow and not very friendly. We still had a great time. The room had some issues and I was told that they would be taken care of. I've been renting condos and houses in the Coco area for years. This place was very affordable. Mar 22, 2025 #### Rich Coast Management L1302 owner- your condo is old and tired. It needs to be renovated and the furniture need to be updated and replaced. It lacks any charm and vacation vibes. We have stayed in your condo before and found that other than replacing the drapes, nothing had been done. The knobs still sit in the drawers, the disposal still is posted do not use, the floor trim is falling off and there is still no towel ring for the second sink in the master bath.
