This two-bedroom condo is tastefully decorated and furnished with an open living space and sleeping space for 4. Our company manages 100+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property: \- Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information. \- One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay. Our VACATION SPECIALISTS and HOUSE MANAGERS work as a team to provide you with the best vacation experience possible! Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣ Guests have private access of the condo and balcony. PACIFICO amenities like the pools, sports complex and Beach Club are shared with other guests. ⁣The main entry opens to the bright kitchen with a large breakfast bar that seats 4\. There is additional space in the separate dining area with seating for 4\. The room flows to the comfortable living area with a couch and a love seat. Head outside to the large covered terrace, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverages at the large outdoor table. There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk) PACIFICO BEACH CLUB The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club. Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. Deux détails agaçants, le beep du système d’alarme pour 48 h et le robinet de cuisine brisé ternissent le séjour parfait. Les gens sont gentils accueillants. The complex is well maintained. The complex is very close to the main core of Coco with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Help with excursions and golf cart rentals were covered as soon as a request was put through to management. Any minor issues we came across with our unit during our 2 week stay were quickly fixed when a request was put through to management. One suggestion I would have is that the outdoor furniture be replaced or some chairs added. With 4 adults sitting on the balcony seating was at a premium. ##### Tammy V.
