This two-bedroom condo is tastefully decorated and furnished with an open living space and sleeping space for 4. Our company manages 100+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property: \- Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information. \- One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay. Our VACATION SPECIALISTS and HOUSE MANAGERS work as a team to provide you with the best vacation experience possible! Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children’s play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 10-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR takes one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access at an additional cost. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣ Guests have private access of the condo and balcony. PACIFICO amenities like the pools, sports complex and Beach Club are shared with other guests. ⁣The main entry opens to the bright kitchen with a large breakfast bar that seats 4\. There is additional space in the separate dining area with seating for 4\. The room flows to the comfortable living area with a couch and a love seat. Head outside to the large covered terrace, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverages at the large outdoor table. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Primary Bedroom - King bed, terrace access, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and shower stall, walk-in closet. Second Bedroom - Configurable as two single beds OR one King bed, large closet. Note that there is a full bathroom right outside of the second bedroom. There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk) PACIFICO BEACH CLUB The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club. Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. Deux détails agaçants, le beep du système d’alarme pour 48 h et le robinet de cuisine brisé ternissent le séjour parfait. Les gens sont gentils accueillants. Il faudrait obliger les femmes à attacher leurs cheveux dans la piscine. ##### Louise D. Séjour de 7 nuits en mars 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Renee 8 janv. 2026 Points forts : Propreté Rich Coast vacations was excellent to deal with. They were very responsive to our questions and even offered an early check in for our very early arrival. I would definitely recommend them as a host. The Pacifico complex itself is beautiful. The pool is one of a kind and this unit specifically is located right in front of the pool. It has an amazing balcony and is very well furnished (both from a decor and supplies perspective). My only complaints would be that the unit itself is in need of several upgrades and repairs, especially when you consider the price per night to stay here. These repairs/replacements include: - the dryer is incredibly noisy and takes a very long time to dry - the garbarator only works if you plug it in from under the sink. You need to run it every now and then or the sink gets very clogged from something as a simple as a cream based soup - our shower head shot right off after I turned on the shower (not a rich coast problem - they were very receptive when I notified them). We thankfully just used the master shower for the trip - the black out curtains in the living room have been mostly ripped off so there is only one panel left. Being able to close them completely during the day would help keep the unit cooler - the room closest to the hall needs blackout curtains as the hall light is on all night until 6 am and light pours through the shutters These simple changes would really make a significant difference in the quality of the unit! ##### Renee Séjour de 10 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Tammy V. 5 mars 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Costa Rica 2025 Overall we were very happy with our stay at Paradisus. The complex is well maintained. The complex is very close to the main core of Coco with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Help with excursions and golf cart rentals were covered as soon as a request was put through to management. Any minor issues we came across with our unit during our 2 week stay were quickly fixed when a request was put through to management. One suggestion I would have is that the outdoor furniture be replaced or some chairs added. With 4 adults sitting on the balcony seating was at a premium. ##### Tammy V.
