The location is great. 5 minutes from Coco and 2 minutes to the beach. Nice pool and secure grounds. Restaurants, convenient store and awesome coffee shops next to the property. If I had to say something cautionary- it would be that it it small. It’s a 2 bedroom but the living area and kitchen are for one or two people. We spent an amazing 2 weeks at this Condo! It’s in the perfect location- walkable to the beach, nearby restaurants, and you can take the beach path into town. Java, the coffee shop next door, became part of our morning routine, and the Asian and Mexican restaurants next door were great for a quick meal for late nights. There is also a pharmacy and 24h doctor next door if needed. Overall, the place has a nice, local feel but with familiar amenities. The unit is well stocked with beach towels, kitchen supplies (blender, toaster, pots and pans), A/C, reliable wi-fi, and a Smart TV (in case you just want to chill out). The condo grounds are beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, including the pool which we spent time in every day. The management company for the unit, as well as the grounds staff, are extremely friendly and you will get to know them well! Although we were told there was only security at night 5pm-5am, it seemed there was always security checking on things during the day and we felt safe at all times. I have to highlight the level of service in advance of this trip. Upon booking we were put in contact with Kerri from Guacamaya Adventures who arranged for a rental car, an in-home couples massage, and a golf cart for getting around locally. Responses were prompt, friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed all services. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
