Property management was extremely responsive to the minor issues we faced (e.g. water went out for a few hours, and they quickly brought us some bottles to tide us over). The view was great, outdoor area couldn’t have been better. Fantastic sound system and all common areas in and out were ideal for a group of our size. We took advantage of the recommendations of the property management/concierge. We booked a catamaran, had a chef or caterer come in for a meal one night, booked massages for some of us women and due to the time of day we were able to do them outside with no issues. The one issue in the whole trip was the house is on a septic, which didn’t occur to us initially and may have prompted us to be more mindful, but the PMs had it fixed that day, the response was very quick. This place is just as pictured and we felt like movie stars staying here! Every room has a view and most have their own full bathroom. The view and the pool were spectacular! You can walk to town, but if you want to go anywhere further you will need a golf cart or car. The only downfall was that there is some faulty wiring in the house, so we flipped breakers like 5 times and maintenence was at our place 3 days out of 7\. The good thing was the management company was incredibly responsive and helpful. Even with those little hiccups, we still had an unforgettable experience. 100% would return! ##### Candace A. It was a convenient location from the city, which we rented golf carts to get around. I highly recommend golf carts for easy travel within the city limits. The house was beautiful in a quite neighborhood that was up and coming. There was mild construction in the neighborhood, but nothing that you could really hear. Everything was clean and updated. The hosts were available at most times and assisted us throughout the whole process before and during our trip.
