Set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a gated community with roving security, this peaceful retreat offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from nearly every room. The property is accessible by both rental car and golf cart, making it easy to get around town and beyond!

Coco Bay Estates is a large gated development located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco. Guests can access the development's Clubhouse which is home to a large pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickleball courts as well as a delicious restaurant, Sugoi.   
  
Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests also enjoy access to the community clubhouse, which features a large shared pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a well-equipped gym.
