Ocean Paradise #5 · 1 bedroom 1 bath loft:  
Ocean Paradise number 6, loft-style 721 sq ft (67 m2) of well distributed and captivating layout.   
  
One Bedroom and one bathroom with a spacious living room. As you enter the unit, you’ll see a kitchen with granite countertops with plenty of room to meal prep. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances and wooden cabinets. The kitchen and dining room area has a sun-filled, high vaulted ceiling with fan and A/C on the opposite wall by the living room. By the living room, there is a full bathroom, and towards the back of the space, you will come to a back up terrace / storage and laundry room.   
  
Wood stairs take you to the 2nd floor where your bedroom is located. This cozy space has its own A/C unit and a floor-to-ceiling window /glass sliding door that gives access to a balcony.
