Convenience is at your fingertips with Pueblito Plaza located right next to the complex. There, you'll find a small convenience store, a café, and several restaurants, ensuring you have everything you need within reach. For more entertainment options, a vibrant nightlife, a wide selection of restaurants, and larger supermarkets, the town is just a short 10-minute walk away.
The complex is situated at the beginning of the Las Palmas neighborhood, known for its architecture reminiscent of Florida. With security guards patrolling the streets 24/7, you can feel safe and protected while enjoying the tranquility and relaxing atmosphere that surrounds you.

We have just received notice that the pool will require maintenance. Therefore, it will be emptied starting October 1st for tile replacement, deep cleaning, and other necessary repairs.
The work is expected to last 4–6 weeks. Please note that there is a possibility the maintenance may take longer.

All existing bookings prior to this date have already been notified.
For all bookings made after this date, it will be assumed that guests are aware of and accept that the pool may be closed during their stay.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.
Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

I had an amazing stay at this charming two-bedroom, one-bath unit. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops, making trips to town quick and easy. The pool area is lovely and provides a great spot for relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and incredibly comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat. #### Cute & Cozy
We absolutely loved staying at this ground floor unit! The complex was lovely, and the condo itself was very cozy and clean. The couch was incredibly comfortable, as was the bed. We especially enjoyed watching TV on the large smart TV while relaxing in the outdoor chairs, soaking up the sun. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed to prepare meals when we wanted to eat at home. We highly recommend this place and definitely plan to return in the future. A big thank you to the team, who were always available to assist us during our stay!
