Directions to the property should not only include pictures but distances between pictures in case you can’t recognize, as I struggled with because I was arriving in the dark. We are very disappointed. How can Expedia even offer such accommodation? No address for the accommodation, no contact person seen the whole day we were there. Faulty accommodation services such as no internet, broken chairs, no dishwasher as provided, etc. We heard from the residents that we were not the first to have had these problems with finding accommodation. Actually, there should be a person there who takes care of this rental, but the neighbor says that she would rather take care of karaoke. We had to call the USA from Costa Rica so that we could get to the address via Expedia's customer service. He didn't care that we had pointed out to the agent that we were calling from CR! What's going on with customer service!
