They did get someone out that night to get it running and they came back the next day to repair it. Would be nice to have a coffee maker (other than a French press). Location was great and the beach was beautiful. Nelson, the caretaker, is such a nice guy. Friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely and the casita is safe and has good privacy. Caretaker checks on guests regularly and is service oriented. We love Playa Hermosa and it was great to be only 30 seconds away from the water. A great deal for the price. It felt very secluded and we felt like we owned the place. The only (minor) issues were a small ant population sharing the house, and the property alarm set off by motion detection. Great security but when animals or you inadvertently set off the alarm it's pretty loud and jarring. Air conditioning worked great and the landscaping was beautiful.
