Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is just a short beautiful gulf drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive. This non smoking brightly colored spacious home has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a 42" smart TV. The master bathroom has a two sink vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed with a 32" TV. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is equipped with a full inventory of cookware, bakeware , and serving pieces. There is also a Keurig, coffee maker and toaster. The living room has a 55" smart TV and cable/internet is available throughout the house. The living room and dining room both overlook the pool and have four sliding patio door which will open 8'. The laundry room has a new washing machine and dryer. Parking is on the driveway and on the street. The back yard with its privacy fence, tropical landscape, grill and screened in pool will provide hours of relaxation and soaking up the warm Florida sunshine.
