This stunning vacation rental is the perfect escape for those seeking relaxation and sunshine. The spacious and airy living room boasts plenty of comfortable seating and natural light, making it the ideal place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, with modern appliances and ample counter space. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms each have comfortable queen-size and twin beds. Staying in for the day? Enjoy board games, corn hole or just lounge out overlooking the pool. Need to do a little work while on vacation? The large center island is equipped with outlets so you can keep your laptops and tablets charged. Have to attend a zoom meeting? No worries, we have the fastest internet speeds available so you won't skip a beat. The home is professionally cleaned after each guest departs so you can be rest assured you will be walking into a freshly cleaned home. Pool is kept at 82 degrees if you prefer it warmer, a $25 per day fee will apply. The maximum temperature of the pool is 88°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, Please note that during the winter the water may not heat up to its full capacity if there are extended sudden drops in temperature (which is rare) , therefore there will be no reimbursement due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue. The pool is gorgeous and always swimmable, the kitchen allows for lots of cooking and the owner provides two propane tanks for the grill. We had an awesome vacation and can’t wait to return next year for an extra two weeks. Gabe is a wonderful owner who was very attentive to our needs. It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was remodeled very well. Looks just like the pictures! It was so nice to have everything for the beach as well. A beautiful oasis centrally located with many amenities and quick drive to beautiful AnnaMaria island and Longboat key! The pool was amazing to dip in especially after a day in the beach. The house was immaculate and Gabe and Liliana made us feel right at home.. they have it all! It was our first time traveling with our son who is 1 1/2 years old and they had a playpen, high chair and even sent us a gift! What more can you ask for.. A super quiet and comfortable house with a perfect layout of privacy and common living area. The master bedroom (which has private access to the backyard!) is on one side and the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the house. An open kitchen with a large island - great for eating/gathering along with an intimate sitting area to sip coffee/tea overlooking the pool. The backyard has it all - covered lanai connected to a screened in pool (no bugs!) garden/grass area and any type of seating you desire.
