David is a great host and let us know our room was ready earlier than expected for check in. It’s self check in through provided code and worked every time. We had free parking right outside our villa which was also really nice (provided through your stay). I’m always concerned about AC units working especially in the summer but there wasn’t any reason to worry, they both worked very well! Towels and toiletries provided and dishware too. All you have to do before check out is wash any used dishes and take out the trash- super easy process! The king size mattress is spacious and comfortable - it is on the firm side but not uncomfortable in the slightest, we both slept well and it was appreciated for two side sleepers. It truly is a short walk to the beach, took all of 2 mins at most and it’s beautiful! The property had beach chairs and other items to take but we just took ourselves! The pool was great too, right outside the villa and well maintained and clean. It’s about a 10 min drive to the restaurants but not difficult to get to at all (just plan for paid parking through QR code/mobile). We drove down to Manasota Key one day (45 mins south) and enjoyed our time at that beach as well (incredibly blue water and not as crowded.) Truly the best time was had to relax on our last trip as the two of us before we welcome our first baby.
