Great condo on a lovely beach
Our stay at Longboat Key was the escape we needed and this condo was a great place for us to stay. The restaurant suggestion list was greatly appreciated. Next time I will bring a small drying rack as the washers and dryers, though free, are located by the office, not in the condo.

Beautiful location for relaxing vacation
Lovely condo and property. Bedrooms and baths are a tad smaller than they appear in the photos but the amazing views in the rest of the condo made up for it! Condo was great, beds were comfortable, kitchen was really well stocked and the fact that the property provided lounge chairs and umbrellas was an added bonus. We had a great time!

Great property
Such a great unit. Wonderful space - clean , excellent bathrooms/towels, kitchen utensils. One amazing detail which really impressed us. We brought a deflated soccer ball with us to kick around and the unit even Had a ball pump with needles. It was a great service as we thought we'd have to run to a store. We loved it there and of course views are amazing at sunset and really all day. Thanks!

When we first arrived the air conditioning was not working, however, the office staff had someone out within the hour to fix it. The unit was nice and the view was breathtaking. I would definitely stay in this unit again. The only bad is there is no washer and dryer in the unit but there is an on sight laundry facility that is free to use and no one messes with your laundry.

Unbeatable Sunset View
If you like sunsets (who doesn’t ?) , Sand Cay unit 302 cannot be beat. The balcony looks directly at the Gulf . The sunsets seem to be right smack in front of you. The unit is very comfortable and clean. The furnishings are okay ( nothing fancy ) , but there is pretty much everything you need to have a spectacular family vacation.
