Roughly 350 sq feet and designed for simplicity and efficiency. You will be amazed at how open this house feels. Sand dollar includes a small kitchen, a bathroom, loft sleeping and a master loft with steps. All tiny houses at Tiny House Siesta include an outdoor patio area and charcoal grill. Whether you are looking for a quick getaway or staycation, this will surely be memorable. Check in is 3PM - Check out is 10AM. The Space: Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and outdoor patio. You can also use our community center to hang out and play billiards or darts. Behind the community center, there is a large deck with lots of seating, fire pits, bar area and outdoor showers. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee. Guest Access: Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time. The Neighborhood: Located right across the South bridge from Siesta Key. We are about a mile walk to beach access 12 and a 7 minute drive to the public beach area. Getting Around: While a car is convenient, you can get around without a car. Bike rentals are available on the key. You can also use Frog Hop to get to the beach and Siesta Key Village. Other Things to Note: Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.
