Location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to the village for a day of shopping. The only thing I would change is to pull the carpet out of the bedroom and tile it. The location was great. Quick walk to the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants, a seafood market, liquor store, drug store, convenience store and a quick trolley ride further into Siesta Key. The property was nice. Our unit was clean. Only problem we had was that we had no hot water in our unit. Fortunately the unit next to us was vacant, so the manager gave us access to it to use the bathroom. Plumber tried to fix the hot water, but we did not have any for the duration of our stay. However, we did receive a credit, so was satisfied with the outcome and the accommodation and how the issue was handled. There are two very nice pools for guests to use and the free beach chairs that we could carry to the beach were a big plus. Overall, I liked this property and especially given the reasonable price, would stay here again. ##### Roxanne B.
