The host will gladly keep the temperature at your comfort level. The unit is just under 400 ft.². Therefore, only comfortable for two adults on vacation. Children are not allowed. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including: 1 paper towel roll 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom 3 dish pods 3 laundry pods 3 trash bags 1 new sponge Coffee: 5 K-cups or 2 bags of ground coffee Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are included!
