It’s a large space that includes a separate dining room for large group entertaining or family game nights. The community pool was excellent! It’s a nice location from the beach and the village, which we walked to for dinner several times. Communication with Michelle was excellent- she responded very quickly every time. There are new public pickle ball courts across the street next to the beach parking lot which are always in use from 7am-10pm - you do hear that noise mainly in the morning and evening. The only negative was that we didn’t feel like the unit was super clean mainly because of the poor condition of the carpeting throughout the unit, but we enjoyed our stay very much. ##### Molly M. The seal on the sliding glass doors off the master bedroom was not attached and we had a lizard in our room one night and a giant spider the other. The pool is shared with other condos and was a lot smaller in person than I realized from the pictures. Pool was very busy. There are pickleball courts across the street and you can hear that from sun up to sun down. Not disturbing, just worth noting. Location to the village is a little far to walk with children. Location to the main public beach access is an easy walk. Lots of beach things were provided which was super convenient. The master bedroom fan was extremely dirty and the walls were filthy as well, especially closer to the ceiling. It seemed like the house wasn’t very clean upon our arrival. Lots of the garages were getting new drywall I think. The workers were considerate, and we were so pleased that there wasn’t more damage, and that they were able to do repairs so soon!!!We loved the carts for the beach and all the chairs. There were a couple windy & cool days. We were pleased the unit faced the sun & blocked the wind and we could sit out on the nice big balcony. The layout of the big unit was well suited for 2 couples. I personally enjoyed reading a few of the available books. When we reached out our owner was quick to respond. The pool was nice. This condo was gorgeous and so spacious. There is a balcony in every room which I loved! (Both bedrooms, living room, kitchen!). The trolley is conveniently located right out front, at the entrance. Michelle had everything we could have needed during our stay at the condo. My son loved seeing the turtles in the lake from the balcony. We were here while it was 90+ degrees outside everyday, so a walk that is a few minutes to the beach seemed like it took a while to get there due to the heat. The pool was very hot as well, we only went in it one time during our week stay. The drum circle takes place on the beach at the access across the street which was lovely! Jul 23, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Excellent value for our 7-day/6-night stay in Siesta Key Upon arrival, we (girlfriend, 2 teenage daughters, and I) were immediately relieved that everything looked as was pictured in the listing and were impressed with the size and layout of the unit, as the open living and dining areas combine with tall ceilings to give a very spacious feel throughout. The rear deck overlooks a lake that is stocked with countless Florida Softshell Turtles that will quickly swim in your direction in anticipation of being fed! The unit was clean, the mattresses were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-supplied with appliances and utensils (including a washer and dryer) and the bathrooms were stocked with extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Being able to keep our van in the garage (and out of the Florida sun) was a luxury while the coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. in the garage were put to good use, although I have to admit we were somewhat disappointed that only 1 of the 4 adult bicycles were in working condition. Finally, the pool area was adequate, offering a nice retreat after a day on the beach. The unit is located in the back of Lake House Circle so noise from Beach Road was never an issue. The unit is less than 2 miles from both the Siesta Village and South Village areas and directly across the street from the Siesta Beach parking lots. There is also a trolley stop located directly across from the entrance. All things considered, I believe Michelle offers what may be the best STR value on the entire Key! ##### Justin M. It was nice, clean, and very convenient to the beach. The host was very friendly and she responded quickly to my messages.
