We liked that paddle boards and kayaks were provided. They could use a good spray down to clean them between guests. We liked the fountain outside. The decor is cute however, the property is pretty run down. Nails are sticking out of the wrap around deck. The wood looks should prob be replaced. Walls and doors inside could use a good cleaning. The house sheets, pillows and basic elements were of the highest quality and the house was fresh and clean and the best getaway you could imagine...we slept and didnt wake up until noon the next day ..and then we realized we were sleeping on top of a ebbing bayou jetty off the river...the fish gathered outside the porch and the whole cabin was private and quiet and safe feeling ...perfect for mom & child....I will be sending customers to this enchanting little villa .. There is nothing you could want here. Perfect for a week getaway!!! Safe neighborhood & right on the river! Like a fairytale! While in the pool we saw squirrels, racoons, woodpeckers, herons, lizards and more! Roy is so very personable and friendly.
