Very homey and the host was suoer attentive and helpful when anything was needed. I felt very comfortable and the nattresses in the rooms were absolutely amazing. I slept like a baby!!

Okay for quick getaway

We came in town for a wedding. We needed to know if the property was undamaged due to the most recent hurricane in the area. It took weeks before the owner replied to my inquiry. I even reached out to VRBO to assist in contacting the owner. They promised a 48 hour reply. It was days later before I finally got a reply. We asked if we could cancel because we were unsure of the property’s condition. That is when the owner finally replied. He said that was not a reason to cancel. there is nowhere in the listing that says the owner can decide whether or not your reason to cancel was acceptable to him. We were in the timeframe for the full refund. Owner still denied our request to cancel. Once it was confirmed that the property was OK. We asked if we could do an early check-in because we were coming in town for a wedding and our request was denied. ,mDespite this. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The outside needs some improvement and maintenance.The water level in the hot tub was low. We could not raise the temperature. There were also some amenities that could be offered for future such as more than 1 towel per person. The neighborhood was run down and questionable as far as safety.

Not what I expected and very disappointed!

I had stayed in a previous home of his (Igor) and loved it, but was very disappointed in this home. First of all this is not a brand new home, but a repainted and improved somewhat home. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and uncomfortable and I would not let the kids walk around at all. Very disappointed that the hot tub quit working "the day before" we got there. I rented the home specifically for that reason, due to my mom not being able to handle colder pools. Never offered a small refund or anything, but told that he had no control over it. The lack of supplies in the home was very disappointing as we stay in a home so that we can cook and feel like home, but there was NO broom/dustpan, cake pan or mixing bowls. Each room could use a laundry basket, extra blankets, towels and hand towels. We were given 4 dish tabs for our 11 day stay....not enough. The toaster only toasts on half of each side of bread, so that needs replaced. I would suggest a binder or something on the refrigerator remind of days for trash and recycling. No check out instructions given and that would have been helpful as well. I have stayed in many homes and this one was one of my least favorite homes. I would have to say the favorite part for us was the pool and screened in area, but that also could use some cleaning and pool toys. We did buy some for the next family to enjoy.

It was acceptable but not nearly as good as the 25+ other places we've stayed at. Disappointed with the TV that did not even have local channels and others Had to to a restaurant/bar to watch sports

Great house near SRQ

We enjoyed our long weekend at this house. It was clean and the pool was nice. It was centrally located near the beaches and the airport. The description and pictures are very accurate! Thank you Igor for being a great host.
