The layout was convenient and modern with the kitchen, livingroom and diningroom in one open area. It had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay including great appliances. The view was beautiful and really added to our stay. The location was also excellent - a quiet location and convenient to many attractions and beaches. Gina was a fantastic host and was very prompt in responding to questions and providing assistance if needed. She was so easy to work with which also contributed to a very pleasant stay. My hosts couldn’t of been any nicer. They are quick to answer, help and give you what is needed for a great stay in their home. The apartment is immaculate, fresh and new. I felt comfortable immediately. The view from the terrace is fabulous, perfect spot for spectacular sunset viewing. The complex is lovely. The people are friendly. The place is cozy, clean and beautiful with modern furniture and appliances. The view from the balcony is unbelievable and has phenomenal sunset view! The complex is very nice and safe to walk around, especially near the waterfront. It also has a gym and a pool. The place is about five minutes away from my favorite restaurants in downtown Sarasota.
