Host was very responsive and answered all questions immediately.Location and price point great! Loved the sunset views from the lot. We were able to launch our kayaks and paddle behind The Ringling Museum. Minimal supplies in the kitchen — only 4 knives, forks and spoons, for instance. Cooking a meal might be a challenge. No amenities like coffee pods, shampoo etc which are very often in other rental places. Beds are OK but not great. No box springs. The place is obviously nothing more than a short term rental. It was very close & convenient to the venue. The only issue we had was not receiving check-in instructions before arriving and being unable to get in to the house right away. After contacting the host, we received them and everything worked smoothly the rest of our stay. The sunset view from the house is spectacular! With some updates this place would be even better! The host Julie i believe was Great! Very sweet. House does need some TLC but we were very comfortable there. I would love to go back and fix up a few things lol. The location is wonderful. We sat on the back patio watching the sunset over the water while the bats flew overhead. It was just perfection! The host was incredibly responsive. The rules were clear for check-in and check-out. The house was clean and we had everything we needed for our quick weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable which is always a top priority for us. The addition of the outside table and chairs was perfect for our morning coffee and to watch the amazing sunset. You can see the water from the house. The house is older and the showers were a little snug but I was comfortable. The beds and couches were extremely comfortable. I loved this bed more than my bed at home. There are no tvs in the bedroom which didn’t bother us because we had our phones but it’s something I noticed. There are a lot of retro touches and it’s a really cute place to hang out. It was a clean, relaxing house and my mom and I had a great time. I would definitely come back. ##### Erin D.
