Only one corner lap in living room and no rug. We took lamps from bedrooms for reading lamps in living room. Some shelves would make condo a bit cozier for indoor time( had 2 weeks of cool, rainy weather. Kitchen could use bowls, mugs and baking supplies. We enjoy cooking- especially when staying a month. A welcome book with garbage day instructions etc would be nice along with a key fob for pool access. The neighbors were nice enough to loan us theirs.
