Stay in, what locals consider to be one of the most sought after areas of Sarasota -West Of The Trail. Loved for its absolutely perfect location- close to world famous Siesta Key, downtown, restaurants, shopping and many great parks. It is an area where time has stood still and neighbors warmly greet you and kids still play outside. This well manicured 1950's cottage has been lovingly remodeled with a touch of modern fixtures and upgrades while still maintaining all of the home's charm. Stroll down past the sea-grass to the front porch complete with rocking chairs for your enjoyment. As you step foot inside the maple hardwood floors and the subtle ocean blue walls will set the relaxing tone for your stay. There is a dining room with seating for 6, enjoy the bar area where you will find amenities to enjoy your favorite wine or a cocktail. The home is filled with natural light and the kitchen has a picture window that showcases the backyard oasis- a large screened in patio, fire pit and the sound of swaying bamboo. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, full fridge and freezer with water and ice-maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware and much more. The coziest living room includes a couch and a papa-bear chair with over-sized plush cushions and pillows, sink in and enjoy streaming a movie, also has an antique cowboy chair that is perfect for lounging in with a good book. The master bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, all bedding and pillows, TV and armoire. The en-suite bathroom has the perfect layout for a couple who gets ready at the same time with a separate closing door to the shower and toilet from the vanity, all towels included. Need to do a load of laundry? You will find brand new large capacity washer and dryer making laundry day simple and quick. On the other side of the house there are 2 guest rooms and a guest bath, each adorably decorated with you in mind. one room has a twin size bed with storage drawers beneath and the other room has 2 twin beds, all bedding and pillows included. The guest bathroom is bright and airy with a walk-in shower and glass-top vanity, all towels included. Enjoy Adirondack chairs around the fire table in the backyard for those nights-in and beach chairs and towels for those days out. Definitely check-out the white sand beach Siesta Key Beach and stroll around the quaint tropical village for some shopping and dining. Downtown Sarasota you will find the Bayfront Park, Marina Jacks, O'leary's, trolley tours, bars, clubs, boutiques, spas and dining galore!
