Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-level private pool home is located in stunning Sarasota. The location of this home is everything! You are just 3.4 miles from Crescent Beach, where you can enjoy the quartz white sand and beautiful beaches in Siesta Key. When you are ready to go out for fantastic restaurants and boutique shopping, you are only 5 miles from Siesta Key Village. Upon entering the home, you will find a large driveway with mature landscaping everywhere. The front foyer shows how unique the open floor plan is, along with the elegant wood flooring. There is a lovely sitting area, perfect for a quick read with a side table. There is a breakfast table that can accommodate up to four comfortably. The spacious living room has excellent natural light from the sliding glass doors. There is an “L” shaped couch with two adjoining day chairs and a Smart TV. Adjacent is the dining room and kitchen. The dining table can accommodate up to five with additional chairs. The kitchen has plenty of pantry space and has views of the pool. Through the sliding glass door, you will find your outdoor retreat. There is a large kidney-shaped pool, outdoor seating, and chaise lounges to soak up that Florida sunshine all day. There is also an expansive backyard that is perfect for family gatherings. The roomy primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a dresser, closet space, and sliding glass doors leading out to the pool area. Attached is the primary bathroom that was spa-inspired. There is a sizeable vanity with a giant walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and plenty of space for personal belongings. The second bathroom is stunning; a large vanity with excellent masonry work and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, a TV, and closet space. Come see why people return to Sarasota year after year. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Attention: This property includes a detached apartment in the rear yard which is currently occupied by a long-term tenant. The tenant will not disrupt your visit, but it is important to be aware that they also utilize the driveway space. Parking Instructions: Use the half circle or close to the garage, and not block the driveway by the fence. Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through Vrbo. Had what we needed. The pool was a nice bonus. You cannot control the thermostat on your own. It seems to be controlled by Wi-Fi by the owner. It is set at 82 all day and then 73 at night. The problem is when you come home from the beach after a long day the house is hot and it takes about 8 hours for it to get down to 73 again. I contacted the emergency line the first night we got there on Friday and they called back but no one ever took care of anything. I Emailed them every day and they would respond just thanking me for letting them know but no one ever handled it. An AC guy called me after 5 days but he told me that kind of thermostat is usually controlled by the owners. He told me he left messages for the owners but no one ever contacted him. On the other hand we really like this place. It's very large and has its own private pool. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac. As long as you have your own car it is not but 10 to 15 minutes to the beach. I'm very disappointed about this because we really wanted to rent it again next year. It just took all night for it to cool down. Disappointing that no one ever took care of it for us. ##### Jackie T. The neighbor who is the long term renter i believe took our garbage to the curb was so nice to do that for us, he never bothered us not even once! The management company was very accomodating to our needs, that was very appreciated! Kitchen and bathrooms had alot of appliances dishes pots pans glasses and bathrooms had a hair dryer i was thrilled about that! Many extra beach towels and bath towels to accommodate all 5 of us with many more still availabke! Pool floaties amd comfortable beds! Keep in mind no toilet paper, dish soap, or kitchen wash rags we actually bought some and left them there purposely so the next renters had something to use! I travel often and was surprised by some of the standard polices of this management company. There were no wash cloths or dish cloths, napkins or paper towels. We only had 1 extra roll of toilet paper aside from the roll in use in both bathrooms. After i took.out the large kitchen trash i discovered the only bags to replace were small can size that fit the small can underthe sink. We were there 3 nights and only 2 dishwasher pods were provided. No laundry detergent is provided and thats understandable but check out instructions ask that you wash the sheets. I normally leave a rental very clean but i had no way to wipe the counters and no way to wash the dishes. I was told after welcome packets are used guests should purchase these things. Séjour de 10 nuits en juin 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Victor L. 19 juin 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Ideal Vacation Home Pros: -Updated, cheerful decor. -Home was very clean. -Varied selection of board games and books. -Pool was well maintained and clean . -Home is less than ten minutes to Siesta Beach. -Close to Supermarkets and coffee. -Quick response from Management when the AC temporarily went out. Cons: -There is a tenant that occupies the adjacent MIL-type space located on the property, so don't be surprised to see a vehicle in the driveway upon arrival. Although we had absolutely no issues with them whatsoever, it was still a bit... close for comfort. -Outdated kitchen cookware and appliances. Almost as if the kitchen space was an afterthought. Knives so dull that they're almost a hazard at this point. Overall, it was a great, clean and well-maintained house, and for the price, we would definitely book again! ##### Victor L.
