Sip your morning coffee at the kitchen nook or dining area overlooking the pool and beautiful backyard lined with palms. Fully equipped with kitchen gadgets, cookware and dinnerware make whipping up delicious vacation meals a breeze. The 1st Bedroom is a master en-suite featuring a king sized bed, 2 dressers, a private bathroom with a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed, a desk- perfect for “work away from home”, a dresser and a generous sized walk-in closet. The 2nd bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the 2nd bedroom. All bathrooms have hair dryers. Florida Room has a queen sleeper sofa. This home has the convenience of streaming cable TV with hi-speed internet and Wi-Fi. The laundry area has a washer and dryer for your use. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided for you. Private caged in heated pool for you to enjoy! Enjoy the lounging area or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers or patio set, perfect for relaxing or entertainment! This home is also ideally located just a few minutes drive from the uncrowded picturesque beaches of Boca Grande Island with first class salt-water fishing and water sports. Stocking up on groceries and other essentials is a breeze with shops just around the corner. \*As a courtesy, free of charge, the pool is heated during the winter months up to 75 degrees (Oct-April). Provided everything we needed and more. Close to Englewood beach and Manasota Key, and everything you need for a day at the beach provided for us by our host. Great in ground pool if the beach isn’t for you. Englewood beach was our favorite spot, we found countless sharks teeth and shells along with tortoises and Manatees. We had a lot of fun riding the bicycles and playing/relaxing in the pool. We used the sifting tools to find over 100 sharks teeth at the beaches. Stan and Liz had lots of pool stuff that we used and other game stuff we didn't use. They were easy to communicate with and very helpful to me getting through the booking process. Has everything one could possably need for a FL vacation, from a very nice pool to every device you could use from beach chairs to kayaks to bicycles (6). All new kitchen and totaly redone bathrooms. House was extremely clean, comfortable, close to the beach and centrally located to any convenience that you would need. They furnish bikes, kayaks and sifters used to hunt for fossilized shark teeth at the nearby beach. The house is in a quiet area. We needed a puzzle table and chairs ... Stan had them there for us. The heated pool was nicely warm. The house is immaculate and well equipped. My husband and I extended our stay in FL after a week long cruise. This was the perfect house for us. I had to work virtually and the internet worked great for me. The bicycles were a very nice plus as my husband used one and went on a 30 mile bike ride up to Shamrock Park and then the Legacy Trail. While the temps were cooler than usual, we did pay to heat the pool but still a little chilly to swim. I was able to go in the last day but my husband was able to go in it a couple days. We met Stan, he is across the street and very friendly and responsive. We definitely hope to make it back again. ##### Wendy H. Nice neighborhood nice and quiet. Some in the party found the pool to be to cold to swim in. The shower water never got hot. It was hot for boys but just kind of hot for the girls. Lots of toys in the garage to play with. This was the first time using the VRBO app i found the check in process to be stressful. Just not knowing how it was done until check in time stressed me out. We needed to rest up after a long drive and prepare for a visiting grandchildren. The house is lovely. Very clean, SO nicely decorated, and lacking in nothing you need in the kitchen for meal preparation. Stan was very quick to respond to all inquiries . My husband loved the proximity to the beach. A very short drive or bike ride. The pool is well equipped with floaties and there were lots of chairs for outside use. Our only minor complaint is that there is not a lot of direct sun in the pool area. It is treed all around and feels a tad closed in.
