The modification was finally approved to change from 3 nights to 2 nights. I was told we would be refunded a night and the itinerary would reflect that. None of that happened. My wife and kids then showed up an hour after check in time to a house that was a total mess. This resulted in them having to leave the house which was a major inconvenience after a long drive for my family. I did see a partial refund come through for that night which was appreciated. The house is worn down in many areas and looks like a work in progress. The couch looks like it was picked up for free off the sidewalk.
