### Tropical Oasis Heated Pool Hot Tub Near Siesta Key

Welcome to THE FUNKY FISH HOUSE, a luxurious, elegantly renovated vacation home just minutes from the #1-rated Siesta Key Beach. With 2 bedrooms, a third room with a twin daybed, and 2 full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 5 guests, with space for up to 6.  
  
Step outside to your tropical backyard oasis, surrounded by lush landscaping and native Florida palms. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool (8,400 gallons, sun shelf, main depth 3–5.5 ft) surrounded by lounge chairs and a stargazing hot tub. Pool temperature is maintained at 80–85°F even in cooler months, included in your nightly rate. Rinse off in the custom hot & cold outdoor shower, then retreat to the two shaded pergolas, each with outdoor fans and evening lighting—perfect for enjoying Florida’s sunshine in comfort. Under the pergolas, relax in the patio seating areas with a 65" TV, loveseat, and dining table for four, or head to the “adult side” featuring a 75” TV, beverage cooler, and high-top table. Fire up the propane BBQ grill and dine al fresco, then unwind with your favorite beverage in style.  
  
Inside, the living room offers a large sectional with extra comfy throw pillows, a 55" Roku TV, shiplap walls, and ceiling fan—perfect for unwinding after the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, built-in microwave/oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, mixing bowls, storage containers, and knives. The large island has four ocean-blue bar stools, and the glass-top dining table seats four. The wet bar includes a beverage cooler, Keurig with K-pods (sugar included), and wine/cocktail glassware.  
  
All TVs are Roku TVs, so guests can easily log in with their own streaming subscriptions. Accounts are automatically cleared at checkout for peace of mind. Enjoy ultra-high-speed 1Gbps fiber internet with whole-home mesh Wi-Fi coverage.  
  
The main bedroom suite features a king bed, nightstands, dresser, large closet, en-suite bathroom with standing shower, 50" Roku TV, and ceiling fan. Please note: there is a single-step down to enter the room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and roomy closet for plenty of storage, plus a Pack n Play, twin air mattress, extra bedding, extra blankets and pillows, box fan, kid-friendly games, and children’s books. The third room offers a twin daybed, ceiling fan, nightstand, and two chairs.  
  
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plush towels.  
  
The home has a smart lock for easy check-in, and guests have full access to the house and yards, plus a quiet neighborhood just minutes from local restaurants.  
  
Additional amenities: Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sand & pool toys, cooler, washer/dryer, detergent, fabric softener, paper products, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, cleaning spray, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and more.  
  
Although we won't be available in person during your stay, we have an exceptional property caretaker who is close by and always available.  
  
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:  
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please observe the following:  
\* Children Supervision: CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED in the pool area, hot tub, and near the grill. Guardians take full responsibility for their safety and release the hosts from liability.  
\* No Glass: Glassware is prohibited in the pool area. Use the provided plastic drinkware and plates. Broken glass will incur an additional cleaning fee.  
\* Parking: Street parking is prohibited. Two spots are available in the driveway.  
\* Towels: Please do not use bath towels or washcloths to remove makeup. Black washcloths for makeup removal are provided.  
\* Security Cameras: Cameras are placed on the exterior of the property, including the front door, front corners, west side, and back shed (partially covering the pool deck). They are used to protect guests and maintain property safety. Footage will only be reviewed in the case of an incident or complaint. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited.  
\* Noise & Neighbors: Be respectful of neighbors. Excessive noise may result in immediate dismissal without refund.  
\* Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or contents and will be charged for repair or replacement.

#### Paradise near Siesta Key

This home and property exceeded all expectations from the exceptional owners and their quick and thorough communication throughout the entire week to the unbelievably beautiful home that we had the privilege of enjoying all week. It was spotless, and every accommodation was made for their guests. Outside of the home was a paradise. The gorgeous pool with all the outside pool toys along with two outdoor TVs was one of the highlights. The owners provided beach chairs and towels, and shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms including the outside shower, which, by the way, was phenomenal! We will definitely stay here again. Five stars!!

The Funky Fish House had everything we needed for our vacation. Kitchen supplies, extra bath and pool towels, beach umbrella and chairs, pool floaties, and more. Clean property with a great pool! Convenient location as well. Had a wonderful stay!

#### Comfortable home with great outdoor space

The Funky Fish House was a great home base for a week close to the Sarasota beaches. The outdoor space is fantastic, with a terrific pool, lots of comfortable and well-maintained seating, and plenty of room to spread out. We appreciated the variety of pool floats, beach chairs, and sand toys too. We traveled with two children, ages 8 and 11\. The only way to access the backyard space from the house is through the third bedroom, and there is direct access to the pool. The property photos show this, but for folks who may be visiting with younger children, this could be a safety consideration to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked (we appreciated having a few K-Cups ready to go!), there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfy. The owners and property manager were also very responsive and quick to help with a couple of issues that popped up.Thank you!

#### Beautiful Home!

This was a beautiful home, tastefully decorated, and close to everything in Sarasota and the keys. We particularly loved that it had all the things we usually have to get ourselves when renting a place (ie paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee pods, half and half, etc). Mad it that much easier to just get there and relax. Pill and hot tub were clean and inviting. We didn’t end up cooking on the BBQ grill but it was there if we wanted it. Great outdoor space covered from the elements. Spend a lot of time out there playing cards. ROKU tvs made it easy to watch our regular shows and to quickly log out of all applications when we left. Would stay there again if heading to the Sarasota area!

Our stay at the Funky Fish house was great. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub along with two big screens outside,made for an awesome time for a family of 6! The house had a beach vibe and was perfect for us! Would definitely stay here again!The hosts kept us well informed and let us check in early! One of our best stays ever!

#### Amazing vacation oasis

Our stay at the Funky Fish House was an amazing experience! We will definitely be coming back. The listing images for the home are an accurate depiction of the home. The home has everything that you will need for the kitchen, bath, pool, even grilling. A lot of attention and love has gone into designing and decorating this home. The appliances are upscale and everything is well taken care of. You can tell that this is not a basic rental but the owner's dream getaway. The house is wonderful, but the pool/back is an oasis! The heated salt water pool is amazing, along with the hot tub, outdoor shower, back patio – all surrounded by a tall privacy fence. My wife and I went for our anniversary and it was like our own little paradise! The house is on a very quite street, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and just a few miles from the beach.

The property is very nicely organized. Good for 5 people max. The kitchen is fun to use, brand new and well equipped. We cooked all our dinners as a family and we weren't missing anything. Communication with Cliff and Hannah was easy and any question was answered instantly. They are putting in a pool currently that once complete will be an absolute additional blast to this property. We would use this home again.

Location was close to key tourist areas without beach front prices. The house was updated recently and decorated nicely. The linens on the beds were amazingly soft and the kitchen was fully stocked with cook gear. Owners were very attentive and easily reachable. The automated lock on the front door quick working and a text and 15 min later it was resolved.
