She was very easy to work with. Location of the house is fantastic and my husband was in heaven fishing. Well kept and cute setup. 2 outdoor restaurants with tropical beach vibe within 2 miles. Outstanding views, wonderful neighborhood and the lady next door is a treasure. I highly recommend a quiet stay here anytime. We saw manatees and porpoises. We loved everything about our stay there. Kitchen is small and not suited for any cooking/hosting. AC struggles in the master bedroom. It’s a great place to hang with family. But it’s very basic/dated. The river was amazing and my 13 year old loved fishing the entire time. We stayed for a soccer tournament in Lakeland Ranch. It was an easy drive back and forth. There are local restaurants and a Wal-Mart close by for convenience. The outlet mall was a huge hit. The hosts were responsive when we asked a question. The only thing we couldn't do was get streaming to connect, but they had cable so we just watched it. We would stay here again. ##### James J.
