Wonderful property! Enjoyed everything here! So many options for activities. We used kayaks, the beach wagon with umbrella, beach chairs, and towels! Very beautiful space and perfect details. We used the outside patio that was lake front and the pool and hot tub. Beach was very short walk and absolutely beautiful! Property is very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to coming here again!

This was a very clean, well maintained property. Short walk to beach. They supplied many extras - like a wagon to take all your belongings to the beach in, beach chairs, floats…that was a nice little touch! The pool was great too. The manager was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. Great little shared residence.

#### Beach Family Fun vacay!

This vrbo was in a PERFECT location. We were walkable to so many things (foods, shops, and the beach) which made travel with toddlers much easier. Also having a pool onsite was amazing. My boys loved the Mickey Mouse pool and we were in it almost every day! The only thing I will say was the property was small and seemed very tight. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it just felt like we were all on top of each other. Outside of that…. Perfect location and clean

#### Excellent Stay

This was probably my favorite place I’ve stayed with my family (2 kids under 4). My daughter is still talking about the “Mickey pool”, and my 1-year-old spent hours in the shallow section. The walk to the beach was easy thanks to the beach cart provided. The house is small, but it was very clean and well equipped. We were even able to rent a pack-and-play and high chair from a local business that had them waiting at the property for us. We kayaked out to the bay one day and saw a manatee — like a real life manatee! And we spent every evening on the dock watching the jumping fish. Just wonderful! As relaxing as a vacation gets with young kiddos. We’ll be back!

#### Sibling weekend

A wonderful stay with my 3 adult kids and best friend. We have done this a couple times celebrating my 60 and now 70th birthday. Had lots of laughs, enjoyed the beach walks, kayaking, game playing and lots of eating. The property was perfect for us.

#### Lovely place to stay

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It had just about anything we could want. We used the kayaks and paddled through the canals behind the house. So convenient! It's decorated beautifully and was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying there.

#### Mickey Mouse Pool

My kids have dubbed this the Mickey Mouse pool house. We had a fantastic time! The beach is only a few minutes walking time away and the pool was perfect for lounging and swimming. We also enjoyed the outdoor living spaces.

For the cost I guess there should be expectations of imperfections. If you're looking for budget friendly and location with 2/3 star hotel vibes, this spot is fine. Not sure if this review is public or not so I deleted all of my issues as I don't want to affect the business. But I will not be staying here again personally.

#### Beautiful Property with GREAT location

My wife, our 3 year old and I had an amazing stay at the AMI beach lagoon. The property had everything we needed and was literally steps away from the beach. The pool was an added bonus. Will be staying here again!

#### Clean, professional, and close to todos north AMI

The suite was great. The pool and hot tub were great and warm, which helped when on a couple cool days. The lagoon was a nice to thing to be next to (lots of jumping fish) and great place for a patio. Proximity to the ocean is great. And restaurants and shops are a close walk away. But restaurant waits and traffic in spots were pretty bad.

Beach was just a block away. We didn’t use the kayaks because it was raining, but great to have that as an activity on the lake. We walked to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

#### Hidden Gem

Cozy cottage in a prime location, just steps from the beach. Property manager very cordial and accommodating. The best thing is that they anticipated the needs of their guests perfectly; from providing beach chairs & towels, to replacing the patio umbrella the moment I mentioned it, to a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil imaginable. It's that kind of thought & effort that made our stay extremely pleasant... already counting the days until our next trip.

Everything described in the info and photos is what you get. Leading up to the stay, the owners answered al my questions fast. The locations is what really sold us. easy walk to the beach. Really close to al the local eats. Pool was great (love salt water). The backyard was fun too. They really thought of everything we would need to feel homey. Can't wait to come back.

#### Absolutely Perfect for Our Family

We couldn’t have been more impressed with our stay here. It was incredibly clean, perfectly stocked, from laundry, kitchen supplies to anything you’d need for an enjoyable beach time and canal fun. The location is walkable to shops/food and awesome beach access points. I would 100% recommend and return. Our boys were almost 6, 3.5 and 15 months for our stay and the amenities of the property provided us all an amazing time.
