We had a small issue with a slow sink drain and it was repaired within a couple hours of when I messaged the owner. Location is very convenient. Close to the beach and close to restaurants. There is a small pool right outside the door and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk. And the beach is the most beautiful I've seen in the US (feels like you are on a Caribbean Island with the soft white sane and clear blue water. Nice big closet. Shower is small but nice. Door opens to a nice table to eat net to a heated pool. Beach is a short 3 min walk past some beautiful homes and down a pretty sand trail.
