This is a refined and luminous condo of 428 sq. ft. fully furnished and equipped with great taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a terrace, equipped open-plan kitchen and charming living room. \*\* THE MEADOWS GOLF: Please note, golf course is not currently open to tenants. \*\* ★Living Area: Enter the condo directly in the very luminous living room with large sliding windows that open to the paved patio. It features a large beige couch, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, lamps, and a smart TV. You will like the refined decoration and wooden floors. ★Kitchen: Pods and trash bags provided to start you off. The kitchen was fully renovated and features new stainless appliances and large counter tops. The brand-new kitchen features an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster (no dishwasher). 2 stools at the bar will allow you to enjoy your meals at the bar. ★Bedroom: Bedsheets provided. The bedroom features a queen size bed, 2 nights stands with lamps, a dressing room and a large luminous window. ★Bathroom: The renovated en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. ★Laundry: You will find a washer and dryer in the building next to the unit. You will need quarters to use them. ★Outdoor Space: The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the beautiful Floridian weather - with its outdoor table and 2 chairs, it will be perfect. ★Parking: You can park your car on the designated parking for the residence (outdoor parking, no carport) ★Pool: Enjoy the large communal pool next to your residence. ★Amenities: There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities. The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching. Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee. ★Location: Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive. ★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31) This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Please note that the HOA application fee is not included in the booking total.
