 Elevated and surrounded by gorgeous nature, it has the feel of a luxurious tropical treehouse. From the large lot on a quiet & private street to the huge deck at the front door, this property is very unique! Phillippi Creek winds around the edge of the lot and you can launch your kayak from the property and paddle all the way to the intercoastal if you’d like depending on the time of year. Soaring ceilings, a chic kitchen that is stocked with dishware and utensils, an elegant bath and separate shower along with the two nicely-sized bedrooms located on the main level/second floor. You’ll adore the large screened deck tucked into the treetops with grill & gas fire pit off the second bedroom! Ascend to the third floor with the master bedroom suite, where you will be absolutely wowed by this spacious loft-like space that includes a sitting area, desk/work area, and even room for morning yoga or meditation in the bedroom or on the attached lanai! The bath features a jetted tub and shower with space for two and a huge walk-in closet next to the washer/dryer for ultimate convenience. Easily drive or bike to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, or hop on the nearby Legacy Trail - also, TJMaxx, Dollar Store and gym across the street!
