The houses that BNB Breeze represent look great online, but this experience was a complete nightmare. I would not recommend booking through them, especially if you expect any kind of customer service or quality assurance. They need to be more transparent and responsible with their listings and how they handle customer concerns. I'm extremely frustrated by how this situation was handled—or rather, mishandled.
