This was a beautiful home! Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a worry free stay. Close proximity to Siesta Key beach as well as downtown and St Armand’s. The outdoor living space provided a relaxing spot to unwind and the pool was lovely. My guests and I were extremely happy with this home and would highly recommend booking this property.

I have stayed in quite a few rentals over the past few years here in Florida, and this was by far the best experience so far. The house is new, updated with all the nicer amenities and in a great location. Highly recommend to others and we hope to be back next year!

This house is amazing! Very clean, beautiful inside, lots of space, and great layout. We had great communication with the host and were extremely comfortable at all times. The outside pool with huge couch/ tv were were well used. At night, done would gather inside, others went outside. Close to siesta key beach. Would highly recommend!!

Truly a 5-star vacation. The property was pure luxury and absolutely immaculate. High end decor throughout, and the lanai area/pool/jacuzzi are paradise. When we arrived at the house the key code we were given didn’t work. The property manager responded immediately with a different code to get in that worked. This house had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location and only a 10 minute drive to the Siesta Key beach. The pool and outdoor area were awesome and there were several days we never left the house just to spend time out there! The beds and furniture are very comfy and we felt at home staying here. We would definitely come back!

This was our families favorite Spring Break EVER and it's all because of how great the house and location was for us. The pictures don't even do this amazing house justice...it's breathe taking! My husband and 3 boys loved being able to watch boats on the canal and at the marina. Friends that stayed near by never wanted to leave our place. We felt like we were at home every time we walked through the door. We only went out to eat 1 night because we never wanted to leave the house and it was a great kitchen to cook in. Tia was wonderful to work with and helped make it super easy to check in and check out! We will definitely be going back!!!!

The video arcade machine was a fun surprise for the kids and adults. The pool over looking the canal was breathtaking. Inside the house was something you would see in a magazine. And Tia was helpful from beginning to end. This is a 5 all the way across the board. We will be back!

#### Double Booked Nighmare

Upon landing in Sarasota, I was informed that the Host had double booked the property and that she had cancelled my reservation. I had booked and paid in early Feb and validated prior day that all was good. I was hosting 8 people with nowhere to stay. VRBO was of no help because they do not do same day check ins and told me to call back the next day. I ended up paying much more for a location further from the water because of the incompetence of Tia Castle (host) and VRBO.
