We had a great time at Jacobs property, it was very clean and had a great game room setup in the garage. Couch was a little small but everything else was great. Private parking in the back of the house, always a street spot available, large kitchen and every bedroom was large so you didnt feel stuffy. Jacob had great communication and expressed his desire to continue to improve the property, so every stay should be better than the last. Overal great place to stay in Sarasota, especially for the cheaper than average price. If your looking for silk sheets and italian leather furniture then this isnt the place for you.

House was super clean and the games were fun. Only thing is we wished the pool sticks were useable. That didn’t have the tip on them so we could play. When back next year we will look for this place to stay again.

The Property was fantastic and there was plenty of space for everyone. The House is located really close to everything including the beaches. The check in and out process was simple. Everything was clean and where you needed it to be. I highly recommend if you have a large family this property is ideal.

#### Amazing family vacation home

Have you ever planned an impromptu trip with your family and needed a location that was central to everything? This is your spot. We were walking distance or a short drive from all entertainment locations, beaches, restaurants and parks that our kids wanted to visit. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Our kids took us on a midnight walk and we had a blast. The house had all the space a young family needed to run around
