The house was perfect for us (party of 3) we loved the back porch to relax after a long day at the beach. It is in a great location literally 10minutes away from Siesta Key. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of shopping and eating options at a short distance. The house is well kept and really felt so cozy. The street is a dead end so there is no traffic to listen to. Kitchen has many pots, pans and other necessities. The lower mark for cleanliness was only because of a glitch and I was told by the owner that it has been taken care of. It wasn't too bad at all. The yard was very nice, too.
