NO pet fee! Our sweet serene older cottage home is located in a quiet old Florida neighborhood and is across from a small neighborhood park with a small lake. It is walking distance to many shops and places to eat. There is only one road you need to take to the beach! Our property has wood floors, a fireplace, fenced in yard, screened in patio, loft and deck that overlooks a neighborhood park. If you are looking for some rest and relaxation along with great bird watching this is it! Best of all if you have a furry family member they can be with you too! I am a special needs teacher in Sarasota so if you need anything or help deciding where to go, I can help! They were so great to deal with; easy communication, quick responses. The place size was perfect for us and how they allow dogs without any extra fees is fantastic. Apr 11, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Sarasota Cottage This cottage was ideal for our family. We were coming into Sarasota for a family party. We were close to everything! The beach and our family! We had to come on late and the owners were so nice to have some lights on for us. The home is across from a pond. There is a loft in the main bedroom which my kids climbed onto to check out birds by the pond. The bathroom is a bit small, the eating areas were open, the back yard was fenced and a nice size. We were not at the cottage for much time due to our plans so we didn’t take advantage of the yard. This was just right for the price and location. ##### Julie B.
