We were a little disappointed when we entered the townhome because the washer excuse me the dryer was running, and there were wet towels hanging over the edge of the stairway and two chairs at the top of the stairway. In addition when we went to open our bed that first night, we discovered that there were no top sheets on the bed. We looked around and couldn’t find any additional ones. Later that day we received an email from Kelly telling us that the linens were going to be delivered you later that day or the next day they did arrive and who was attentive to getting that done, but it was again. It was disappointing because it wasn’t as it should’ve been when we arrived. Additionally, the townhome is listed as new when in reality it is three years or so old that wasn’t a big deal, but it’s not truth and advertising. We had additional problems with the dryer, not drying the clothes properly which Kelly was attentive to getting somebody look at it but it took several days to get that done which means we couldn’t use the laundry facility. We discovered that the vent was plugged in after waiting for half the day for the people to take care of it. The young man went up on the roof and cut the plugged screen off of the vent, and then the dryer worked. There is a additional problem with the plumbing, but it was all taken care of and now the unit probably will be great for additional renters. As far as cleanliness and attentiveness.
