It was clean and very comfortable for our family. Nice big kitchen fully stocked for cooking in. All appliances are new and worked perfectly. My only complaint is the beds are on the firm/hard side, so if you like that, great. Otherwise my recommendation would be to ad foam mattress toppers to all beds in the home. A few blocks away from Siesta Dr and the North bridge to Siesta Key. In our experience from many stays in Sarasota this bridge is much easier to use then the South bridge, which seems to always get clogged up with traffic. This side of Siesta Key also provides easy access to the Siesta Key Village. The Southside Village is also just a few minutes away, could probably walk to it if one insisted. Downtown Sarasota with its waterfront and restaurants is also very accessible. We went there every night for dinner and drinks. The house itself is incredibly spacious. Three large bedrooms, a big office perfect for remote work (which my husband absolutely needed!), great kitchen and dining area. All very clean and apparently very new. The house is tastefully decorated without feeling over the top and reminiscing of cheap beach rental decor. Huge patio and outside area, all fenced in and away from the eyes of neighbors. I imagine it would be perfect for families with small children, though ours are regrettably all grown up by now :-( We would love to stay there again. ##### Ela S.
