Only supplies were partial roles of paper towel and TP. Nothing else. No wash clothes. Basic items you normally find in most VRBOs missing. Needs cleaned and remodeled big time. However, when needed, the set up of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for complete privacy as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, stores and most importantly, the Sarasota airport. We had plenty room, every family had their own room/beds and connecting bathrooms. Pool area was great! Plenty of space, other than it would have been nice to have a bigger kitchen table, so everyone could sit together. However, there was a blue tarp on the roof in the back of the home that was NOT disclosed. Also, the pool pump was super loud so it was hard to enjoy the pool and patio when it was on. My son’s wedding was in Sarasota. We had the rehearsal from 11am-Noon and then the entire family came to the house for a catered lunch and pool time. The rooms were nice and spacious. The kitchen could use some more basic cookware and silverware to accommodate more people. It would also be nice to maybe have more patio chairs and a bigger table to sit outside by the pool. The drive to Siesta Key and Venice beach were about 45 minutes when we visited in March.
