The communication, ease of check in, and our overall stay was fantastic! We used both the main house and the guest cottage and there was enough space for all 6 of us. The outdoor patio and fire pit area at the cottage were a nice surprise too. The location is close to many stores and restaurants and just a short drive to the beach! ##### Elizabeth G. It is 5 steps up to the front door with only 1 railing to hold onto. The 2nd floor bedroom is accessible only by a steep 18' foot staircase. But at least it has hand rails on both sides. I'm 66 and my wife is a little older. Neither of us ventured up there. Still, a nice house in a quiet and historical neighborhood. ##### Martin R.
