Looking for the perfect vacation rental property? Look no further than this 3-bed 2-bath pool home in Sarasota, Florida! This is the perfect spot for a family vacation, as there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The home is tastefully decorated and comes complete with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The property features a spacious kitchen and living room, perfect for your holiday. Located around the corner from the heart of Sarasota Amish community in Pinecraft and minutes to Yoders Restaurant and the famous "Der Dutchman".  
  
The living room is large and open, with plenty of natural light. There is also a screened-in lanai overlooking the privately fenced yard and pool. The lanai is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and it's also a great place to watch the kids swim. The master bedroom has a private bathroom that was completely remodeled. Two additional bedrooms share a second bathroom. The split floor plan means that the other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, providing additional privacy. The garage is not available for parking.  
  
Dogs are welcome up to a maximum weight of 25lbs. There is an additional pet fee. Please inquire if you are unsure. No dangerous breeds. Sorry, no cats.

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway. The garage is not available for parking.  
  
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.   
Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes.   
  
Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.  
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.  
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.  
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
