The floor plan would work well for 2 families actually, with a parents wing and a kids wing. As a single family of 4, we had way more room than we needed. The beds and linens were all very comfortable, and the entire property including the pool and patio were exceptionally clean. I loved that the laundry was inside the house, rather than in the garage. Also loved the huge primary bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The neighborhood is also safe, quiet, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Overall, this house had everything we could have asked for and everything worked as expected. We didn't have to reach out to the owner to ask for anything, and the pool was already heated when we arrived. ##### Po S. We were a group of 9 and there was actually beds for each person! Many rentals advertise they are big enough for a large group, but only have 3 or so beds and not even enough plates and utensils for everyone to use, but Flamingo house had more than enough of everything! The Pink Flamingo was a nice place for us to stay for the weekend. Everyone was comfortable and the pool was nice. Tho only negatives to report were the internet didn't work at all during our stay. This affected the TV as well. And the couple in the second master bedroom felt that the mattress could be replaced.
