Renovated in 2025, bright, sunny, spacious and clean townhouse in a great location on Anna Maria Island, just a few minutes walk to the ocean beach, restaurants & shopping! You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay in the house. Plenty of towels, linens, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, kitchenware, etc. New kitchen & breakfast bar are with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Tile floors throughout the hose, no carpets! Ground floor has additional kitchenette, full bathroom, and a large living room area with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. 2nd floor has two large bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath, laundry room with washer and dryer and a balcony. We have central air conditioning and heating, Wi-fi, Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Lots of parking space! Carport and a long driveway can fit at least 3 cars! Private backyard with patio, charcoal barbeque grill, table, chairs and umbrella. You don't need a car to get around Anna Maria Island! A free trolley stops just around the corner and will take you to explore the island including the fishing pier, where you can fish or just enjoy watching dolphins, manatees, birds and many other species. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast at home or at Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe nearby, right on the beach, with your toes in the sand, ocean breezes on your skin and sunshine all around you. Food is good there and reasonably priced, it is famous for all u can eat pancakes & sausage special! Great menu options for lunch and dinner too. Life music at sunset! We stayed here for 4 nights with our son and dog. We timed the walk to the beach - only about three minutes without having to wait at one crosswalk right next to the beach parking lot. Proximity to the beach is great! The condo is on a quiet road but close to the main road coming into the island, so right as you get onto the island, you are there (which is nice, not having to sit in island traffic!). Right across from Publix and a pharmacy and other shops. You might not need a car once you arrive. We went to some baseball games around Sarasota area, so we commuted on and off the island, but the condo was a perfect place to call home for a few days. Close proximity to the beach ,(4 min walk) pharmacy, Publix super market and restaurants. Quite neighborhood inspite of being just off the Main Street. We were able to walk our dog multiple times a day in the back streets and in the church yard without being worried about the traffic. Oksana was very good with communication. She responded to the questions promptly and was very accommodating with request for late checkout due to my son’s zoom meetings. On the whole it very pleasant stay at the condo and at AMI . If we do come back again to AMI this would be the place we would stay again! ##### Prasad V. Townhouse is well planned with tile floors on both levels. Spotlessly clean, granite counters, up to date kitchen and the mattresses are top class. Looking forward to returning. We love Holmes Beach and this townhouse is convenient to the restaurants and beaches of Anna Maria Island. ##### PM H. The owners were quick to respond with any questions. It was a short walk to the beach which was great as we had smaller children that needed to nap. We were able to take turns staying with the kids and going to the beach. My daughter stayed in another house in Bradenton so this made it easy for beach days with the kids. Publix and drugstores were also close by and you can easily walk or drive to them. Also a great ice cream place is a quick 2 minute drive. With small children it was great having everything close by. The teenagers also enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach by themselves and since it was all sidewalk I didn’t have to worry about them crossing any busy roads. It was an awesome week with family and we would definitely stay here again. ##### Jennifer S. Bedrooms on opposite ends, 1 full bathroom on each floor, large TV room downstairs, full-size W/D, front balcony with chairs, back patio w/gas grill and umbrella table. Short walk to the beach and Publix and CVS conveniently located across the street. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked. Owners very responsive. ##### Tim/Ann S. My husband and I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach each day. WIFI is adequate to work remotely. The property itself is clean and functional.
