As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and modern decorated interior that exudes comfort and sophistication. The open-concept living spaces are designed with vacation relaxation in mind. The living room features has vaulted ceilings and features a comfortable seating area, with a TV and a fireplace. The large windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern high-end appliances like a gas cooktop and ample counter space, perfect for preparing delicious meals or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants. The open concept allows to entertain guests at the counter or in the adjacent formal dining area. A half bathroom or powder room on the first floor provides convenient access from the common areas for guests and renters. The home has a total of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom features a free-standing tub and a walk-in shower. Boasting a contemporary design and thoughtful amenities, the other bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms share a bathroom, which can be accessed from one bedroom directly and across the hallway from the other. One bedroom has a trundle bed, which can be pulled out and is more suitable for younger guests. Access the balcony from 2 of the bedrooms and enjoy the view of the river and the pool area, while having a cool drink from the fridge nearby. The house is close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We went to the beach in the AM to beat the heat and crowds and then back to the house for lunch and fun by the pool. The outdoor entertaining area with pool, covered patio with TV, grill, multiple lounging areas was perfect for our family! Indoors had every amenity we could ask for and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Just a note: if you come when it is cooler 60's/70's, the pool can't be heated enough to make it comfortable (especially when wendy and in the evening).
