This recently updated one-bedroom unit is freshly updated with all-new furnishings and amenities. Situated among a collection of four units, it can be booked individually or together for larger gatherings or events. Little Coconut features a convenient kitchenette for light meal preparation, along with a small work desk. The Queen bed boasts a Sealy pillow top mattress and high-quality linens, while the tasteful decor and spacious layout ensure a comfortable stay. The shower is equipped with a luxurious rainfall shower head, adding to the indulgence. An additional cot can be provided upon request for an extra guest (additional $25 fee applies). After a day of exploration, unwind in the shared courtyard space, complete with a BBQ area, outdoor table and chairs, and a cozy fire pit for cooler evenings. The fully fenced yard offers privacy and serenity. For pet owners, there are two faux grassy areas within the private courtyard for your furry companions, and the Canini Club Dog Park is conveniently located about 1 mile away. Very convenient to everything in Sarasota and surrounding area. Accommodations were immaculate, fresh and new. Queen bed was a little softer than we preferred, but we rested comfortably. Everything we needed for our annual visit to Braves Spring Training. Owner onsite and her partner most friendly and helpful.
