This fully renovated 3BR/2BA coastal retreat (2024) offers a bright, open floor plan, chef’s kitchen, and abundant natural light. Relax by the heated pebble pool, fire up the BBQ, or work remotely in the dedicated workspace. All new furniture & appliances, high speed internet. Perfect for families or groups up to 8, Casa Azul is just minutes from Sarasota’s world-famous beaches, downtown shops and dining. Enjoy comfort, and convenience in one beautifully curated space. Upon arrival, use your personalized access code on the front door keypad to enter and be greeted by the spaciousness and brightness that fills this home. To the left, you'll find a foyer area equipped with hooks for your belongings, while to the right awaits the designer kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The house is split-level, with the dining room slightly lower than the kitchen. In front of you sits a modern extendable dining table, comfortably seating 6 but with space for 8 if extended. Beyond the dining area lies the living room, furnished with a 65-inch Smart TV offering various streaming services such as Amazon Video and Netflix. The living space accommodates seating for 6 to 8 individuals and provides access to the private fenced backyard and pool and an outdoor gas grill with seating for 8 people. All beds feature premium mattresses and hotel-grade bedding. The bed configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1: king bed (Sleeps 2), master closet space, 2 nightstands, TV, private bath Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Sleeps 2), closet space, 2 nightstands, TV Bedroom 3: Full bed and Queen bed (Sleeps 3 adults or 4 kids), closet space, 1 nightstand, TV, desk & chair All three bedrooms have closets, wardrobes, hangers, and nightstands with bedside lamps. Our bathrooms are fully stocked and offer brand-name shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, face tissue, and a hairdryer. Full laundry is available in the garage as well as an iron and ironing board. Our supplies include detergent, bleach, fabric softener, stain remover, and dryer sheets. The fully fenced backyard offers a heated pool, BBQ area with an outdoor table with 8 chairs, and four lounge chairs with small tables around the pool. We have a large private, fenced backyard with a propane grill. The backyard is fully fenced so no need to worry about your dog getting out (please clean up after your pets). Garbage collection takes place on Friday mornings, with three separate trucks spending about 5 minutes on the street between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, typically. The Casa Azul offers an urban yet residential location with proximity to all of the best restaurants and beaches but with room to spread out on a fully fenced private lot. The house is professionally cleaned and maintained after every stay. Guests will have access to the entire property except for the owner's closet which will remain locked. AS A CONDITION OF RENTING THIS PROPERTY GUEST AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE HOST AND ANY AGENT OF THE HOST FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY TO THE PERSON OF THE GUEST AND TO ANY MEMBER OF HIS/HER PARTY INCLUDING ANY INVITEES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER. The cost to heat the pool is $50 per day. \*\*\*Please Note the pool is not screen-enclosed and as a result leaves and debris may find their way into the pool between weekly cleanings. We offer guests a skimmer on site should they choose to remove the leaves between cleanings. Everything was perfect. The house, pool and yard are fantastic (wonderfully fenced in for our pups), with high-class amenities (the fanciest outdoor umbrella over the outdoor dining table that we’ve ever seen). The sheets and towels were also high quality, and plentiful. We did laundry, only because we had clothes to do ourselves and just threw in towels, but it wasn’t necessary. All of the appliances are great and appear to be new. We were within a 15 minute walk to downtown Sarasota and a beautiful park, which was perfect for our walks with the dogs, both to the park and to great dog-friendly restaurants. We found a dog-friendly beach in Venice and used the beach umbrella three times. Fantastic! I’m sure that I’m missing something, but we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Lawn service and pool maintenance came while we were there and they were completely professional and unobtrusive. ##### Mary M. Me and my family stayed here for a 5 night beach vacation and it was absolutely great! The house looks just how it does in the pictures, inside and out. We arrived to a beautiful clean home with all the amenities and essentials you could need and think of which was very convenient. We liked how all of the rooms had tvs so everyone is able to enjoy tv in thier own rooms if needed. We also appreciated how clean the pool was so we got to enjoy the pool everyday, our kids especially loved it! Every detail has been thought of. Pool towels, beach chairs, every possible thing you could need in the kitchen - the list goes on. Super convenient to downtown Sarasota. Unfortunately we were there right after Hurricane Helene and all the area beaches/islands were closed. Fortunately, we had the pool, which was perfect. There are public pickleball courts less than a mile away. We had a couple minor issues (oven, power outage) during the week - the owner was incredibly responsive.
