Mark was very easy to communicate with and even left us breakfast for the first morning! Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it is much larger than it appears in pictures. Owner gave us a warm welcoming. House was clean,the outside was great for kids. Owner helped us prepare the backyard and was very nice to us. when we came into the house we were greeted by a full fruit basket and breakfast croissants! We had a great weekend. It was close enough to drive to any place that you needed; food, grocery stores, etc. But, it was still closed off from the public where we had our privacy. My family and I loved the pool, hot tub, bicycles, and everything that was included. It felt like a home away from home and we are already looking forward to coming back in the future. We needed a base for some medical appointments we had in Lakewood Ranch traveling from SC. Michael was the perfect host of an amazing laid back beautiful hidden home. Very large comfortable accommodations nestled in beautiful live oaks and greenery near to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Having your own pool and hot tub was an amazing and relaxing way to end our busy days. Full kitchen and eating area made you feel you were at home. Comfortable beds…very clean.
